Founded in 1977 in Rio de Janeiro as Cardiolab, Rede D’Or São Luiz is the largest integrated healthcare network in Brazil, with presence in the states of Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, Pernambuco, Bahia, Maranhão, Sergipe, Ceará , Paraná and in the Federal District.

With a focus on humanized service, staff qualification, adoption of new technologies and expansion of service, Rede D’Or São Luiz is a reference in technical quality and has 54 own hospitals, and more than 45 cancer clinics, in addition to work in complementary services such as blood bank, dialysis and outpatient clinics of various specialties.

Rede D’Or São Luiz also invests in innovation and clinical research through IDOR – Instituto D’Or de Pesquisa e Ensino , founded in 2010.

With units also in SP, BA and DF, IDOR brings together a team of more than 100 highly qualified researchers and professors, equally dedicating themselves to teaching in the health area and disseminating their expertise through doctoral, postgraduate and undergraduate courses, among others.
